Founder / Mentoring Program for Elementary-Middle kids at Almaty International School
As someone who is truly passioned about education, one year ago I started a mentoring program for elementary-middle kids at my school. The program focuses on providing guidance and assistance to children struggling in STEM subjects. To illustrate, average STEM test scores of 10 year olds went up by 15% within a month. I am proud to say that I have seen a significant improvement in their grades and overall comprehension of the subject matter.

Today, our school team plays on international level and enjoys every moment together because besides being competitive - volleyball is full of other colors.
